Next Steps

The office will review your Intent to Enroll Application, Church Reference, and School Reference.  Once this process is completed, we will call you to schedule an interview.

We work hard to ensure that the Christ-centered learning environment provides the greatest opportunity for our children to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Our desire is to partner with parents from a Biblical worldview. The enrollment interview is a time when parents and the Head of School meet to determine the compatibility of the family with the mission of Umpqua Valley Christian School. It is also a time for families to become more acquainted with the school and have specific questions answered. The enrollment interview will cover topics of mission, vision, spiritual development, salvation experience(s), church attendance, community involvement, financial needs, student behavior, previous school experiences, and a host of other topics. It is the Head of School's responsibility to determine if the school is able to support the spiritual direction of the family and also meet the educational needs of the child. After determining such, the Head of School determines whether or not admission should be granted.

We appreciate your interest and hope to assist you any way we can. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us at 541-679-4964.
