Tamara (Tami) Stiles

Mrs.Stiles began teaching at Umpqua Valley Christian School in 2019. She enjoys spending time with students and watching them understand something that was previously difficult to them. Mrs.Stiles attended Yreka High School and then went to Simpson University where she majored in Social Science. Before teaching at UVC she was a preschool teacher for one year, an elementary teacher for five years, and middle school teacher for fifteen years. Now she is currently teaching high school Language Arts and Student Government.

Mrs.Stiles has been married to her husband Greg for over 25 years and he is the pastor at Glide Baptist Church. They have seven daughters: Kathy, Megan, Mac, Jessy, Alicia, Katie, and Emma and they enjoy camping, hiking, and kayaking together. They attend Glide Baptist Church and she enjoys hiking, sports, quilting, and spending time with family and friends. One fun fact about Mrs. Stiles is that she was in Hong Kong the day it was returned to China.
